How to Rate
Your rating is out of 5 stars, where five is the best. Just click on the stars for the product you would like to rate. When you do you will be awarded 100 VIP points and a comment box will open up.
How to Comment
All comments must have a title. You have up to 800 characters to make your comment. In addition, you may choose to recommend the product to others. This will help provide richer information to other people trying to choose what wine to buy.
After you have made your comment press the Submit button.
Negative or Abusive Comments
At TheGlass we value all feedback – positive or negative – as all of these will help us to deliver better service in the future. We will not remove a comment simply because it may be critical of our product or service, but reserve the right to suppress abusive, obscene or irrelevant comments. These may include those which are of a commercial nature or spam. There is a “Report Abuse” feature which alerts our staff to comments which have this potential.
Responses to Comments
