Everybody knows things are a little different in New Zealand. They have birds that can't fly, a national love for bagpipe music and for a country that constantly makes you feel like you need a a nice warm cuppa, they make world class cool climate wines (ironically to be enjoyed on the long hot summer days that never never quite make it this far south).
This sauvignon Blanc has a light gooseberry and kaffir lime nose with herbal notes. A clear and refreshing palate, with hints of passionfruit, lemon and lime through the mid palate, with a crunchy green apple finish.
