Eden Valley is home to some of Australia's best Riesling producers including Henschke and Leo Buring. The Tin Shed Wild Bunch is 'Wild' in the sense that it is made using wild yeast ferments and whole bunch pressing of big juicy ripe grapes, made like a Shiraz rather than a delicate riesling. For this reason expect big juicy flavours of orange and blossom.

With six years bottle age this wine is now showing some lovely rounded and toasty character and although the fruit is sweet, the finish is Eden Valley dry.
