The Accomplice is produced in the Riverina region of New South Wales, Australia, which sits between Victoria and the Great Dividing Range. The area is known for its flat plains and warm climate. The vineyards throughout the Riverina are planted on soils originated from ancient river beds. Deep red in colour, these sandy loam soils give plenty of nourishment to the vines.
The bouquet has a mix of Red varietal fruits with a hint of spice and sweet oak while the Palate comes through with a medium weight with soft oak tannins. Sweet red cherries and blackberries finishing with a hint of mocha oak.
This wine works best with a good pizza or BBQ.
