Produced from top quality cool climate Canberra District fruit, this crisp dry bubbly is pale straw in colour, has a fine bead and persistent mousse, and is bursting with aromas of freshly baked bread. A palate of citrus, green apple and nougat is beautifully balanced by mouthfilling creaminess and a very persistent finish.
Drink when celebrating, as a great aperitif, or the perfect complement to oysters and seafood.
