2011 Sauvignon blanc
Our first straight Sauvignon blanc displays lively aromas of tropical fruits followed by honeydew melon on the palate, and a crisp and refreshing finish. Great summer drinking!
2008 Riley’s Riesling
This current vintage has delicate floral and rose water aromas and shows typical lively citrus flavours and steely backbone.

2009 Blue Rose
This Rose is made from 50:50 blend of Cabernet Franc and Malbec. The bouquet begins with rose petals, strawberries and hints of musk. The palate of red berries, cherries and chocolate is supported by firm tannin structure and crisp persistent finish. This is a great wine to enjoy with summer salads and the company of good friends.

2006 “Georgia” Shiraz
Shiraz is the flagship red for Canberra. Low cropping fruit has produced a sophisticated wine with trade mark cool-climate pepper and intense spice. The bouquet is a heady mix of the spice cabinet- cinnamon, nutmeg, star anise; the wine itself is “medium bodied beginning with red fruit and rounded out by spicy and savoury characters”

2003 Cabernets Merlot
A combination of Cabernet Sauvignon (predominant), Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Petit Verdot has produced a smooth, medium-bodied mature wine with cassis and mocha bouquet. The palate is silky, soft and leathery, with the minor varieties filling the mouth for a persistent finish.

2008 "Elva" Late Picked Riesling
Fruit was left on the vines until after the first frosts and the cool moist mornings of the Canberra Autumn allowed comprehensive botrytis infection. This wine has an intense bouquet of cumquats and marmalade. The luscious palate of dried apricots and orange peel flavours is balanced and completed by the honeyed lingering finish. Perfect with the Christmas pudding!
